This property is standing on a bare bone. pros- big rooms and friendly house keeping staff who helped.
cons: rusty coffee, not even a real cream, no beach towel was ever available upon request, no-one at the checkout counter while exiting. hidden charges of $85 for Expedia reservation and early check in of $25.

Check in lady was too busy playing on her tablet to deal with guests. Room was dirty. Found beef jerky and dust bunnies. TV did not work. Glasses in room were filthy. Continental breakfast was toast, butter, and over-boiled eggs. Evening employee was very nice, but that is all that was ok. Check in is 4pm. I asked if we could check in at 350pm. Lady said yes for an early check in fee!!!! 1 month after the stay, we had a charge for $85 cdn on our credit card. This was a resort fee and 2 towels???? When I called to ask what the heck was the charge for, i had to call 5 times to get a hold of a manager. No one else could help.The manager had zero power to deal with the me either. He had to contact the owner in regards to charging us for these towels. Totally bogus charge in my opinion. I washed my face with a white towel and left my water soluble makeup on it. Seriously, you run a hotel. Use soap and bleach. Its eye makeup!!! Worst hotel. Dont stay here!

The pictures online were very misleading. The room was not at all what I expected. The bathtub was located inside the room, which made it feel like I was sleeping inside a bathroom. The room itself was dirty; the bathtub had hair on it, the door was broken, and there was no smoke alarm present. Cords were hanging from the ceiling, and the shower head was spraying water like a pressure washer, and I couldn't adjust it to a more comfortable level. To add to my disappointment, the staff was extremely rude. The person who checked us in at 6 AM was creepy, slow, and downright unpleasant."

Service was really poor, no breakfast as its first come basis. No essential for beach provided like umbrella or seats, receptionists don’t care about the services. They don’t refund $100 deposit as promised. I can’t promise the safety. It doesn’t worth it at all.
