Great older hotel very friendly and helpful staff. Had one problem with my room and i was moved to a new room immediately.

Mattress not good, old furniture limited lighting in the bedroom. Unable to control temperature in the room.

Dear, Gilbert, thanks for your feedback, i will check on that mattress, right away, definitively, it's no nice to have a non-comfortable mattress for sleep, we will address this issue !!! hope you can come back to enjoy another stay, and we will have you present for excellent service!!!

The pictures when I booked where nice, but when I got there it did not look like the pictures I saw they photoshopped.lookedblijeba NewYork slum

The room was fine and the staff were helpful, however there was a domestic incident in the room next to us our second night that resulted in us feeling incredibly unsafe, so we will not return to this hotel.

The place is used as a rehabilitation center. People had blood on them wrap in gauze . So not sanitary!
