Overall, this was one of the more disappointing hotels I have stayed at recently. The bed frame looked home-made, the bathroom had no extraction, the hotel airconditioning seemed to be broken and the room had a portable ducted AC unit which meant the windows couldn't close and there was a lot of street noise. This property just feels run down and tired.

No A/C in a room in Miami? Ordered chicken and waffles and the waffle was a half cooked Leggo my Eggo!!!

Toliet was broken and lobby hot... they let us check in early

That's great news! It's always a pleasant surprise when a hotel allows an early check-in. The lobby AC was having issues and we made sure to have it back up and running as soon as we could, Our apologies if this may have caused any inconveniences.
