The outside of the property and lobby are the biggest facade. Viewing this hotel from the road it would suggest a very appealing resort style stay with nearly maintained landscaping. The lobby was clean and well kept. After this it all goes down hill. The room was filthy everything is covered in dust. The beds had stains on them with black bugs or some sort of filth. There were hairs in the tub and around the bathroom. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. I made the mistake of removing my shoes and my feet were black from dirt within 15 minutes. All of the fixtures were rusting in the bathroom as none of the exhaust fans work. The closets all smelled like mildew and the second half of the room had no lighting. There was a wire hanging out of the ceiling fan which suggested they just disconnected it along with the rest of the recessed lighting. On top of that they charge a third party “cleaning fee”. The irony in that is almost funny if it wasn’t so disgusting. This by far one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at.

I really wanted to love this property, but unfortunately, it was not worth the price. The smell of mold was overwhelming, and now I am feeling sick because I am convinced there was mold in my room. The distance from the front was also a challenge for me as a disabled person, requiring a ride on the golf cart which never arrived. The language barrier only added to the frustration. While the room was spacious, the tub was filthy, and I was disappointed to learn that they do not clean the rooms until after you leave, and it comes with an extra charge. The room service food was cold, adding to the overall negative experience. At $400 for two nights, it was a steep price to pay for such disappointments. To make matters worse, the elevator stopped working, leaving me to rely on the help of a total stranger to get to my room. I strongly urge others to consider alternative accommodations in Florida, as the cost may be high but the risks of getting sick from mold or staying in unclean rooms are not worth it. I was truly saddened by the discrepancy between the online appearance and the reality of my stay. When considering reviews, it's important to take them seriously. In my own experience, I trusted this property and ended up getting sick without any communication or assistance from the hotel. It was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise choosing a different place, especially if you have disabilities as they do not accommodate them well. Be cautious and prioritize your health
