Great hotel!! It’s Quiet. It’s clean!! Papi steak around the corner. They got a restaurant downstairs. It’s away from the strip but not far If you want peace and quiet.

Really enjoyed this hotel, it’s in a perfect location, quiet but close to good Food & entertainment. Rachelle was awesome, answer all questions & was very pleasant and accommodating

Nice rooftop pool for a small hotel…lots of privacy. There is no real lobby so if you have any issues it can be challenging. But we had great service with an early check and a late checkout. This is not a regular hotel more like an apartment with cleaning services.

Great location south of Fifth, one block to the beach and close to restaurants. Super quiet, we couldn’t hear anything from the restaurant below. The balconies are an added bonus. The room is spacious with a lot of shelving. The bathroom is an odd design with frosted wall, but not a downside. Just odd.
The pool area was quiet with a cool breeze. The pool was solar heated and maybe 110 degrees; like bath water. Would be a good pool for kids.
The room smelled a bit funny and I think it came from the fan. If we turned it off, and it was better. And honestly you got used to it in a few minutes. Would highly recommend for the price, location, pool, and balcony. Super nice people too.

Air wasn’t working in the room spoke to multiple people nothing was done. Asked for a manager she walked over to Prime 112 and came back and said manager wasn’t available but she’d take my name, number and email. Needless to say no one ever got back with me. I’ll never stay there again

A great stay in South Beach Miami. Walking distance to our long time favorite place to eat, Joe’s Stone Crab! Room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly
