I checked into my room to find the bed was broken, the toilet was broken and there was no hot water. After being told repeatedly that the maintenance guy was coming, I was eventually told that he wouldn’t be there until the next morning. So I checked out and found another hotel, and was promised a full refund. Not only have they not refunded anything a month later, but now the manager is completely ignoring my emails and calls. To make it worse, Expedia refuses to help when I made the reservation through them. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Something similar was also happening to a pair of young women who were also attempting to stay at this sh!thole of a hotel.

They had the air conditioning on full blast when it was already freezing cold and raining outside! The water pressure in the shower was strong and there was no shower head..

I am very sorry I put my family to this situation, the hotel was TERRIBLE!!! As soon we got there I told the person on the front our room was dirty, our sheets had stains of blood, and i requested another sheets they didn’t offer to go and look at the room or change the sheets for me. The dresser had trash from previous people there which I also told them, I asked several times for towels and NEVER got them, when I went to the front I had to request back the wet towels I gave them so at least I can have something. At the end of my stay i didn’t wanted to argue since they charged me RESORT fees in which is ridiculous!!! Make sure if you are going to charge ppl those charges at least have clean towels and a clean room for them is very disrespectful and dishonest what you are doing to your guests! DO NOT STAY HERE save yourself of a bad experience!

I know it’s Spring Break time. So the price sky rock. I got back from Cruise. That ok, but when you in the room, is nice, clean and roomy. I got the corner room on 3rd floors. Got both view window. Inside the bathroom, there are only 1 tiny shampoo pouch. The door and toilet are within 1 inch apart. Bath tub didn’t drain. After 11pm hot water shut down. Boys I thought I was in some sort of Poor Country. There are many patches on surrounding wall inside bathroom. Need to update and switching out new door. AC unit no switch control in your room. I had no choice that I have to choose this place at the time. For 1 night $200, is the lowest at the time. No refund, so beware when you book. Some noise you could heard. My 3 star is generous.

Staff are rude, elevator was not working, one staff more concerned about his crypto than being swift in attending people who wants to checkin. No hair dryer, room was dirty, just no. For anyone who is sacrificing comfort and peace of mind over the price, don’t. Never Again

Proximity to the beach was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pictures and decor in hotel were cool. Rooms needed more updates. Elevator broken so had to carry luggage upstairs.

This facility should be shut down and placed under new management. Day time staff had terrible attitudes and cleanliness is not a thought at this establishment. The management has some archaic rule that due to COVID they can't clean the bed sheets everyday, which doesn't make sense because a virus declared pandemic is even more reason to up cleaning measures at a hotel, excuse me, MOTEL. There were gnats constantly coming out of the drains in the bathroom and I had to kill a few roaches throughout my stay. The floors and furniture were dirty and I had to use Lysol wipes that I went and purchased out of my own pocket to have some sense of comfort. When inspecting the bed when I got there there was tons of clumped hair left on the sheets from the previous guest. The toilet was in disarray and had to be flushed multiple times for bodily waste to go down fully. There was no hot water during the second night. Also the elevator wasn't working and it seemed like it hasn't worked in a while and there were no plans to get it up and running anytime soon. The luggage storage smelled like straight urine. And the vending machines had extremely overpriced snacks and drinks. And the resort fees this place charges are a scam and they should make that more transparent prior to booking. Shout out to the night time staff they were very kind and helpful. I do not recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t stay there again. Not very clean and no toilet paper at room. They charged us an extra fee when we got to the hotel ($20 a day) even though we paid through Expedia. Staff and location was nice but that was about it!

It would have a been a quaint, no so glamorous- less than but doable experience, BUT the room was terribly dirty. Hair was on the follow omg with crumbs. The shower rod was rusted and the tub not cleaned. Eww! I can deal with not new but not clean, not okay. The walls and dirt were painted over instead of cleaned. Such a waste. It really could have been a vibe. We left immediately. Staff was nice though refunded parking fee but also like “byeeeee”. A whole refund felt in order. Did I mention hair and food EVERYWHERE? Shout out to the Cavalier for taking us in and being clean!
