The room wasn’t clean as described on the website. There were bugs in the rooms both flying and roaches. The carpets were stained, the tub was stained and chipping paint, there’s an odor of mildew. I can go on and on about this place but I’ll never book this place again because the entire hotel needs renovating but the staff is nice and the Spa was great!

The room are not updated, I had problems with the tv, I also had a housekeeper walk in my room while I was naked and took and 50 sec look before I yelled above my voice to get out! The pool and beach was awesome. I was charged 225 for parking for 3 days and 1 drink from the bar . Btw they don’t tell you this before check out .
