We stayed the night before and after a cruise. We arrived early morning and was able to get early check in both weekends! This was a huge relief, especially coming off a red eye flight! All the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! Thank you!

Checked in late. Toilet seat broke right off toilet. No one available to fix at midnight and after a long travel day we had already settled in Compensate with breakfast. . Grille food was excellent.

Waited over 1 hour for the AIRPORT SHUTTLE pickup at airport to hotel.

Front desk agent’s second day on the job. Very nice and friendly. Excellent bartenders too
