There was no mandatory daily cleaning. Limited staff at desk, so long waiting for service; Room furniture needs updating..old; Toilet was dirty with black bacterial marks ar the upper tim of the toilet; Locks to APT failed on a daily basis and I had to request assistance to open the door;too expensive for the quality of place

Well they said they overbooked the rooms, but asked me to pay the difference between what I paid and what they were asking currently for the room. And did not offer a refund

The staff was friendly enjoyed my stay it was very clean the pool can be cleaner other then that I enjoyed my stay

The property was recently renovated. I noticed a new lobby area and new elevators. If you're travelling to Doral, this is the place to be. It is close to the airport and there are many restaurant options around. They also have shuttle pick up to Port of Miami.
