I liked the property and service. Housekeeping was not on time to clean the room and had to call the them, but was left on hold for 7 minutes. Then called guest services and complained

Took my son for a quick 13th birthday trip! We had an excellent time! Great location- easy to walk or uber anywhere you want to go. Beach is literally steps from the property. Pool is FANTASTIC- pool service is great- our cabana attendant, not so much. Found everything reasonably priced and the added bonus of luggage storage and ability to enjoy amenities on day of checkout was CLUTCH!!! CANNOT go wrong here!!!

Beautiful hotel within quick access to the beach, plus the pool area was nice. Far enough away from noisy busy area but close enough to walk to many food options.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The hotel offered a complimentary happy hour every day from 5pm-6pm. Both red & white wine and a local beer option. Provided hot appetizers samplers as well. Great location to everything.

They did not explain why they charged my credit card $750 instead of $250
