Great staff. Great Cuban restaurant in the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Love the balcony.

Once again the Hyatt Centric Brickell has contributed to me falling in deeper love with the city of Miami. This hotel provides exquisite and attentive service both housekeeping and the Front desk provide quality and premium customer service. Just finishing a 5 day stay which included the celebration of my 35th birthday.
Front Desk Manager German Escalona is excellent with making sure I was greeted and welcomed and made to feel special for my birthday. If I didn’t have to go back to work I would’ve extended my stay.
The bartender from the roof top Allen had the greatest energy and great musical selection for us to listen while lounging poolside !
Lastly the servers from the restaurant which one remembered me from my last visit were above and beyond always making sure my lady and I were taken care of and greeted every day with huge smiles.
The Hyatt Centric Brickell is the best and only place to stay in Miami with quick access to all Miami has to offer!

Nice spacious bedroom w balcony a plus!! Views are beautiful of Brickell. 2nd floor lounge/restaurant was cool to hang out at.

Great location. Beautiful view. Very convenient market downstairs. Valet parking reasonable compared with around hotel $42
