Our room was dusty and we had no hot water, dust and stuff under the bed staff was nice and helpful

Our stay at hotel Rui miami beach was incredible. Staff was super nice and helpful. Constant room service. Amazing location on the beach and just a short trolly or uber to south beach if you want some more action. Definitely a family friendly hotel. Some special notices to fredrico who works on the beach and ruben at front desk they were super friendly and really went above and beyond for us.
