The customer service is super bad, they don't greet you when you arrive, they told you that there was free parking and there wasn't free parking, you have to throw away your own garbage, there is no customer service number, there is no cleaning service for the apartment even if you have to pay, there is no place to make a suggestion or claim. I really don't recommend it.

The Ocean View was gorgeous , the property nice apartments and the location perfect, the employees I don't have the exactly word its weird they don't make you feel like I am on vacation the communication not good its sad because is South Beach smile at least : )

like: beach and pool access, great location area improvement: would be better if clean the pool twice a week.
