It is convenient for me the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are recently renovated and very nice.

I was super pleased with this Hotel! It really exceeded my expectations and I will be sure to return in the near future. It’s very clean, smells clean and fresh. The staff makes sure you’re fully stacked with towels etc. breakfast is delicious and I just have to say I am returning home fully satisfied. Thanks Floridian and Team, you’re all awesome!

I made this reservation seeking a good price over quality. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised as how clean it was. It smelled fresh and wasn’t lacking anything that other higher end hotels do. I was ver impressed. The bed was comfortable and The continental breakfast was good. I truly recommend this place and will definitely return. The price exceeds your expectations in a positive manner.

Didn’t like the way to get into their pool

This property is old. Could be better maintained, I can see staff working on it, but the carpet needs to go and it needs some upkeep in the common areas. Service staff in the dining room were nice and polite. The front desk night staff, was not. You will be hard pressed to find 2 more surly and unfriendly front desk employees anywhere. No smile, no hello, nothing to show that they are happy to have you stay there. Positive is that the hotel (it's probably closer to being a motel) is close to a shopping mall and if you have a car there are many amenities nearby. Its a 30-45 min drive to south beach, but that's reflected in the price point.
