Glad to see the improvement made to the inside of the hotel like the sitting and breakfast area.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The cruise port shuttle operator, run by an outside company, probably needs customer service training and was not organized at all. We always love the included breakfast buffets and specifically choose Embassy Suites for this. Coffee at this location however was not good. Maybe change to a different brand. Otherwise a quick, but as always, wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Miami!

Very clean and comfortable room. Close to airport and free shuttle to and from airport is very nice. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Pool is great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The staff kept following my family asking did we have a room here. When I asked the front desk why they did that I was told
They have a lot of people come to the hotel to eat breakfast and access the pool who don’t have rooms here. I told her it was confrontational for them to do that and all she said was she understands. A staff member also confronted my 11 year old when he was leaving the pool to go inside and asked if he had a key. With all the human trafficking going on in the world today no one should be confronting children in this manner.
