Great location but the rooms are a bit dated. Need an upgrade with the rooms

The carpets in the room are very dirty and the furniture has stains. While the lobby is updated and well kept, the rooms are old and dirty. The best part of this hotel is it’s close proximity to Dolphin Mall, which you can walk to.
