Hotel has a free airport shuttle making it easy for one night before we headed to Panama. Caution - you may need to wait up to 50 minutes for airport pickup if you miss the last shuttle. Don’t be in a rush.

I loved the hotel but planes fly over continuously. I wish there were more options for food. I did not have transportation so food choices were limited.

40 minute wait for shuttle. Wanted to check luggage and go eat, Reception kept saying room ready in 5 minutes for 20 minutes. Reception said restaurant was open, went to order and restaurant said couldn’t take an order for 10 minutes, they were not open yet. Ice machine on floor 4 didn’t work.

The people were nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Six dollars for a bottle of water? I got the impression that your CEO drinks every glass of cool-aid he is handed.

The staff was wonderful, and patient with me (I have dementia). I wish the cafe was open during the day, not just for breakfast and evening.
