The rooms are dark and dim. The lighting was not great at all. The person at the counter overnight was not pleasant or helpful at all. My phone did not work, I had to call the front desk from my cellular phone and when I complained, he told me this is not his hotel and I would have to talk to the manager in the morning, he was rude and unpleasant. The manager, however, was so pleasant. The next morning she made up for his behavior and made me feel much better.

Front desk staff were friendly, attentive and made the stay enjoyable. They sent text messages through out our stay to make sure we were satisfied they made placing housekeeping requests easy. The location of the hotel provided easy access to 2 dining options and 2 major coffee shops without even crossing the street. It is also located next to a car rental agency should you choose to rent a vehicle. The hotel provides complimentary rides to and from the airport which was easy to confirm and made arriving to the hotel a breeze. It was only a 15 min drive to Miami International Airport, nearby malls, additional dining options and FIU’s main campus which was incredibly convenient. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed for 3 nights, about 15 mins from south beach I rather not stay on the strip, but the room during the day the room was real stuffy, I wish it would’ve got colder as far as the AC, other than no complaints.

Overall a good hotel, very polite and accommodating staff. The hotel is supposed to offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This is not the case. There is a complimentary uber instead, which will do.

This hotel is not too far from the airport and it’s near a number of places to eat within walking distance.
However the cleanliness of the hotel is not the best. We’ve stayed here 2 separate occasions and both times the room had pet odors. Which I am assuming is from the carpets. Also the most recent stay there was trash left on the night stand a half empty water bottle and the disposable was used and left out. The iron was also sitting on the nightstand. I’ll never stay here again.
