It is spacious, clean, and well-located, with the added convenience of a dedicated parking space. The only small complaint would be the location of the air vents and the fact that the kitchen/living area is so much cooler than the bedroom. That aside, we had an excellent stay and would gladly return!

Everything went well, excellent location, bakery near by, underground parking, about 20 mins to downtown.

Location is great, just a few blocks from Coral Way. We had a great view of downtown CG and Brickell from our unit. All appliances are functional and the property is kept in very good conditions. Millie is great and provides quick answers.

El apartamento está bien acondicionado, eso es lo que me gusto más, tiene todo lo que se necesita. Lo que no me gusto es que se oyen todos los ruidos que hacen los vecinos a veces incluso en altas horas de la noche o madrugada lo que afecta las horas de descanso.

Family trip in Miami

I like the apartment as it is spacious and clean. The property manager Millie is very responsive and helpful. We found out the night there were some minor defects in the house and she quickly helped fixing the problem the next day. She is very friendly and patiently explained in detail on the use of the facilities / amenities in the apartment. The bed is comfortable too. Although I don’t drive, there is a parking lot reserved for my unit, which provided convenience for my friends to visit me during my stay. I feel like at home with all the convenience in this apartment. The only drawback is we have to rely on Uber to ferry us around and not much things to see or shop around but it is still a great place to stay with a quiet environment. Lastly, I would recommend to replace the soap with shower gel in the bathroom 😄

I booked my travel for my family to Miami through your website at the Alahambra View Miami at Gables View at ‪1801 SW 32nd Ave., APT 400, Miami Fl, 33145‬. I am extremely disappointed staying here. Due to the fact this was a big weekend in Miami (SPRING BREAK AND MIAMI OPEN) there were no available rooms. We had a late check in because of a late flight into Miami. We get there and the Wifi code on the router was incorrect. I reached out to my contact person Millie who eventually rectified that issue. Getting in late we wanted to shower but couldn't due to the fact that there were no washcloths. I have NEVER been anywhere where there were no wash cloths available. I did reach out to Millie the next day and she stated it was probably a oversight. We did receive 2 washcloths for a family of 4. We had to buy washcloths and toilet paper because of the lack of. My BIGGEST issue was the amount of roaches we had to endure while staying here. I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED! My kids were didnt want to stay here, but we had no where to go. This place is infested with roaches! I am horrified at what we experienced. There were roaches coming out of the cracks in the wall. We found roaches in the bathroom and some on the ceiling. There are roach droppings in the kitchen. This is unacceptable and I demand a partial refund. We dont live with roach infestation at home.....so when I travel I dont expect to subject my kids to this. Promised a partial refund by Millie & NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME!

It is dirty and very bad attention and security there is never a person in reception and anyone can enter the night even seen to your room
