Provident Doral at the Blue Miami
I was charged a cleaning fee after I was told I would get a credit for the washing machine having old dirty water sitting in it when my daughter put her pants in there to wash. Also Omar promised me a complimentary bottle of water and they charged my card for it. Horrible service will never stay ...

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall
There were multiple areas that needed to be vacuumed in the hallways and lobby. The carpets seemed dirty and the chairs/couch seemed like they were overdue to be cleaned. The beds and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Quality Inn Miami Airport - Doral
I did not even stay. I walked in the room, there was grit on the floor, grim on the lamps and tables, hair and dirt on the sheets. I walked back out and asked for a cancellation. It's almost two weeks later and I have not received any kind of refund.
