"My stay was quite short as I had to overnight in Miami. I chose here based on availability. The front desk staff were great! Check-in was smooth, no hassle. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, I had a great sleep. I appreciated that the shower had great was pressure and hot water. I'd definitely stay again and recommend. Location across the street from the mall is plus! I left early the next morning so I didn't eat at the hotel but the room I reserved included drinks and snack so I was able to grab a few items from the on-site shop. This was a welcomed amenity since I had to leave quite early. Kudos to the team!"

"The room was clean and I really liked the big balcony. The staff was very friendly and they always made sure to ask if i needed anything on a daily basis. Breakfast was great; there was always a good healthy selection. Would definitely recommend the hotel."
