"We booked this hotel because of shuttle availability. I booked 2 rooms. The shuttle ended at 8 pm. The cruise shuttle was not free and only available one way. The ATM was broken. The pool was filthy. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The eggs were wet. The side meat was chopped up hot dogs. I am so disappointed in this experience."

"Staff was terrible we arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready, we were told it was 10 minutes when we finally got our room it was 4. The rooms air did not work nor the TV. We called and they said they would send someone. No one came! At 8pm when we left the front desk said maintained man had already left. There was no way to get the soap out of the body wash in the shower nor conditioner. Over all I want a refund. We didn't sleep because the room was hot. We couldn't even watch tv when we got back. "

"Firstly the shuttle driver from the airport was rude I should be at door 7, on the reservation didn’t says the door number, I followed the airport sign for hotel shuttle which says door 23.. checking in is not friendly with attitude, dont expect for much breakfast was not that good too, I paid $126 for night, I should go to a red roof for cheaper… I didn’t though about it until I checked in my room.."

"No hot water, the 1st floor windows wouldn't lock , People walking all night long , music playing around premises. Wasn't able to make right of the situation decline another room , and someone that didnt work had place a stick in the window for our safety as women. It was the worst experience I ever had, I will not go back."
