Grand Beach Hotel
Staff charged us an insane resort fee and would not bring bandaids up to the room. Also, they don’t give you WATER!!! People go to the gym to get water

Best Western Plus Atlantic Beach Resort
The staff was not at all professional I was provided a room where other guests have already using it, we went in and someone else’s stuff was there. No apologies from staff. Also, room with no water?????? Check in time 4 pm in Miami, hot and humid outside but the staff paid no attention to the needs ...
