"I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view. My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️"

"I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed. Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX."
