The hotel is a really stay and location is awesome. The staff are very professional and handle any concern. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Very good place for the value. Amazing tacos stands, convenient stores and lovely restaurants all around. Try Tacos el Guero they were amazing. Great travels!

The location is great and everything is within walking distance. The room was comfortable for the price, but it was surprising to learn that heating and air conditioning are only available in the suites, not in the basic rooms.

Clean room. Comfortable. Nice area from which to explore the city. Quite safe surroundings even late a night. Many nice dining choices…and street food vendors nearby. Wifi wasn’t working one evening. And not the hotel’s fault but my ATT cell signal wouldn’t allow much more than messages/phone calls. Telcel a bit better.

No AC in the rooms so I would not book it for the summer. The sun shines hard on the side of the building facing the street so the room bakes during the day. (Ask to change) the WiFi is not good but the place is centrally located and their is really no need for a rental everything is walk able

Room was clean and the staff was extremely responsive to our requests. Compared to us hotels the room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable. It was a basic room with no microwave or fridge, but the staff was happy to store things in their refrigerator and warm up water in the microwave for us. He was convenient walking to most anything you need, and an Uber ride was cheap to get to City central.
