We stayed one night at this hotel because we had a 15 hour layover in CDMX and we definitely enjoyed our quick stay. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, modern, and clean. We used the complementary airport shuttle which runs every hour. We met at the lobby at 4:50AM and took the 5:00AM shuttle to catch our 6:30AM flight. Very convenient. The hotel had a restaurant bar that we didn’t go to, but looked nice!

Hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Room service was 24 hours which was great because there are no convenient stores nearby that stay open late. The only issue we had was the AC wasn’t the best, the room would not cool down.

I chose this location specifically because of its distance to the airport and to Estadio GNP Seguros, the staff was incredibly helpful with each question and request. There's plenty of people taking the main street back to the hotel, so it was perfectly safe. The bedrooms could use some extra vaccumning, but everything was amazing! I wish there was a feature that allowed us to close the blinds halfway, but it was wonderful. Our Uber drivers even advised us on what street to take and what streets not to take back which helped ease our stress! On another note, I had no idea that the hotel was located inside a plaza/mall. It was very convenient to buy from the stores and restaurants in the mall, we loved the ice cream kiosk.
