The place is nice, there is a nice atmosphere and is located close to restaurants and convenience stores. However, there is a slight lack of maintenance.

La habitación la entregaron súper tarde, casi 4 horas después y piden desalojar a tiempo.

I had to wait unti 3 pm to get my room, and unfortunately they didn't turn the A/C on so it was 98 degrees, unbelievable, I called them and they fixed the problem.The room was nice and had a nice view.

no VIP upgrade, got the worst room. Faulty A/C unit and requested service 4 x without resolution. On top of that, i had an early departure and hotel refused to credit me the night. will take it on with the management and/or Credit card
