El check in y check out perfecto y rápido! Todo el personal muy amables. Las instalaciones están bien para la relación precio-calidad. No es un hotel de lujo, pero es demasiado cómodo. Las sábanas y ropa de cama muy limpia. Hay áreas que se pueden mejorar en limpieza y mantenimiento pero nada que impida disfrutar un periodo de descanso. La alberca es muy amplia y limpia! Y climatizada. El desayuno es normal. Huevos al gusto preparados al momento. Lo demás del bufette no es malo ni bueno. Regular. De nuevo, creo que la relación por lo que pagas es muy buena.

The hotel is good. We had an issue upon the check in with the difference in currency rate of the hotel and Expedia but the manager Graciela resolved the issue. We are very grateful. She is an excellent professional. The rooms are quite comfortable. The kitchen is super basic, not to show your culinary talents in full. But basic for the simple cooking. The breakfasts are the same every day which may be annoying if you stay for a long time. The restaurant is good. The staff is very good too. In the end we asked one of the receptionist to send for us a postcard as we forgot to buy a stamp and it was a day off, the post offices were closed. He agreed to send the postcards for us. Hopefully, we’ll receive them. The location is quite far from the city center but the area is good. The excellent park La Mexicana is 15 mins walking. Can recommend the hotel.
