Hotel Fernando is a wonderful and cute boutique in the chic Condesa neighborhood. The hotel has a nice charm, and the morning breakfasts on the roof are a great touch. Our one complaint is that there is no air conditioning or elevators — so be aware while booking in the summer months.

Hotel staff was great and the surrounding area were excellent but the room furnishings were less than expected (no bureau for clothes, squeeky wooden floors, shower dispensers needed care, no a/c).

Elizabeth at the front desk is so kind and helpful. She welcomed us, and made our stay easy, along with the rest of the staff. Everyone here is always so kind. Housekeeper Isabella was also sweet. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Really lovely property - just needs AC! It was so warm in when we were there and without AC, really stifling - despite the nightly rain showers. Otherwise - great - food at the hotel is very nice, great staff, lovely drinks. Would love to go back!

Property was super cute, art deco type of building and clean. There is NO A/C!!! There is also no elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful but please know there is no a/c.

Breakfast! Suggestions: more pure drinking water in rooms. (Not bottles that you have to pay for), Hotter and stronger coffee at breakfast and 1/2 & 1/2 or condensed milk.
