Staff was rude. Not accommodating at all.
I booked about a month ahead. In my reservation and by calling in I requested a crib. Also called a few days before my arrival and no crib was given. They said I need to ask for it. I did in 3 different occasions.
Do your research before going to this area as the area is located in a horrible location. It was very run down and you go with the impression oh it’s a nice looking hotel the area should be decent. No it’s not!

Best place to stay off your going to party in garibaldi. Easy to get an Uber. Food and music with in walking distance. Hotel is great.

Small hotel with no service. Rooms are dimly lit. No english channel on TV. Found a roach in the room. Their breakfast is non existent. Great location & friendly staff
