It was easy reserving at this hotel. I reserved for my godmother and she had a wonderful stay. Even she couldn't sleep on the 1st night because of mosquitos. She let the staff know about it and they resolved it immediately. Also they have breakfast, good option. My godmother loved the green natural juice...She felt really confprtable.

We bought the additional for breakfast but it doesn't worth the money. There are café around the hotel with better quality and maybe cheaper.
The hotel was clean but the staff at front desk failed to provide any information that we requested like restaurante recommendation near by or even bus stop to go somewhere, Google maps bus stop was wrong all times.

My room was given to someone else. Here I am in the lobby waiting, at 1 in the morning, for a room I paid for. Unbelievable
