Excellent Hotel. The staff is always available to help and very accommodating. The breakfast service is phenomenal and the location is conveniently walking distance from several sites. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back on our next trip to CDMX.

The bathroom is too small and the air conditioner is too loud

Amazing hote and staff! Everyone was so helpful and kind! Breakfast and 24hrs cafeteria food were delicious. My 2nd stay and it did not disappoint.

A beautifully maintained property in a historically vibrant area. For the intrepid travel the metro is a few blocks away. For the less intrepid Uber or regular taxis are an easy alternative.
The complementary breakfast was more than sufficient, and the 24/7 cafe more than generous.

We had very good stay, all the staff is very friendly and professional, good was ok and they offer free snacks and sandwiches, even beer! The place is very clean and has bottles of water everywhere. The beds are super comfortable

Centrally located close to palacio Bellas artes and tons of dining options. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The 24hr cafe is a great amenity
