The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced on the road, and I have been on the road a long time. I plan on returning to Mexico City and the HS HOTTSSON will be my New Mexico City home. I would not recommend the rooftop restaurant, not because of the food but because of the service. I was the only person in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. I finally received a menu. There were at least five employees that I counted who were there. It took 15 minutes for them to take my order……correction….after 15 minutes I went to the bar area and 4 employees were simply standing around talking. Took a long time to get my first dish but after that things went smoothly. I have little tolerance for poor service. But other than the restaurant issue, this is an excellent hotel that I will certainly return to next year.

Excellent stay
Posted 16 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis hotel is wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Great rooftop restaurant with amazing views. The rooms are extremely spacious, in suite laundry, dishwasher and everything you would need for a short or long stays
