The customer service excellent , but the bathroom when you take a shower the water comes out, the shower curtain to small, they don’t have display for the soap inside the shower and I select to pay at the hotel and they charge to my credit card before I arrive.

The rooms are not sound proof at all like they mentioned.Lots of noise from the street outside. Tai who checked me in was great and Arturo was excellent.The night auditor did not know answers I asked.

Only one bath towel in a room for two people. Requested an additional twice to front desk personal, never got it. Had to use a hand towel.
