Special shout out to the fantastic concierge service who were not only friendly but wise and thoughtful in their recommendations. Huge added bonus to our otherwise terrific stay here.

Overall, I found the staff to be quite good and the housekeeping excellent. However, my experience was marred by an encounter with the supervisor when I expressed my disappointment about not being informed that the pool was out of service, despite having communicated with the hotel through Expedia. The supervisor’s response was somewhat passive-aggressive, even though I assured him I wasn’t seeking any compensation. It was an odd interaction. On the positive side, the concierge was extremely helpful, and I generally enjoyed the staff’s friendliness. Nevertheless, if a key feature of the hotel is unavailable, it should be standard practice to notify guests in advance. The supervisor explained that this information was on the website and that since I didn’t book directly, they couldn’t notify me, but I had been in touch through Expedia, so it felt like they were just trying to cover themselves. I would stay again.

This was a beautiful property. We felt very safe. They provided prompt and friendly service. The only downfall was the pol was closed during our stay and we were not notified prior to our arrival. We looked forward to the beautiful pool and bar, but sadly we were not able to experience it. However they did provide us with a pass to the Hyatt Regency, but their pool was very underwhelming. It did not have a bar, it seemed like an apartment complex pool.

The room is very small with very limited spaces and amenities. The rooftop and swimming pool were closed due to maintenance, which is a bummer. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel at all. More like a boutique hotel without any brand name. Also, didn’t know I can’t earn points because I booked it on Expedia and not through Hyatt’s website directly. This is a terrible experience.
