I thing management must to thing to provide training for stuff. No menu in English in the restaurant. Cleaning lady provides conditioner and shampoo in the shower after 2 days. Personal is really kined and try all the best. I think maneger nust to more. Thanks

First day we had no AC but staff was willing to accommodate, after that it was fine. For Mexico this was a good hotel. Loved the pool. Restaurant food was good and good choices. Water available throughout.

The girl who checked us in was rude and unprofessional. I had to convince her that I bought a special package which included breakfast. How she handled the situation was terrible. Room wasn’t ready until after 3 pm and the hotel was very empty. The room is set-up without a separate bathroom. The toilet and shower open into the room, no privacy. The sink is in the open once you walk in the room. I could go on with more complaints about staff and facility but I will just say, do not stay here. I can’t believe Marriott has their name on this property!

Quick easy checkin. Treadmills were modern and clean. Worked fine. Excellent dining in the restaurant (ribeye and salmon steak). No complaints. Pool was nice and warm, if a little busy tonight.

This hotel is very peaceful and friendly, perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool is clean and warm, and the food is excellent. We particularly enjoyed the ribeye steak and grilled salmon. The serrano ham was delicious too, and freshly cut in front of guests in the restaurant. The only minor downside is a missing coffee machine in the room, and we saw a few minor things that could use some fixing (towel hooks, door locks, a blind that couldn't be fully lowered). As a regular visitor to this hotel, I very much hope they give the place a bit of TLC to get it back to tip top condition. Definitely a great place to visit.
