Door lock of the room was broken and cannot lock the room. It was late check in , front desk was closed, and I was exhausted at that time so I did not complain it. But it made me nervous for possible robbery.

So Sorry you didn't feel safe. All of our doors do have a FLIP OUT security Latch on the door frames for each entrance. A few other motel/hotels use the latchesSafe travels.
