The staff is great however for the price I paid I expected the hotel to not look like it was in the middle of construction. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Our shower handles were loose and toilet seat was very low to the ground. We won’t be staying here again sadly

We appreciate that the service of our staff was to your liking, however, we regret that we did not meet your expectations regarding the condition of the room.Currently, the only construction work being done within our facilities is located next to our main entrance, which will culminate with the opening of a Starbucks approximately in the fall, on this year.Likewise, we have higher category rooms, including one of them recently remodeled. Water went out for the entire building and was not in another room until 12:30am
