Water went out for the entire building and was not in another room until 12:30am

They never toll us that they were having a wedding the day and it was really noisy like till 2am.

The treatment of the staff is exceptional .You are always greeted by everyone.Continuous inquiring if you need anything to improve your visit etc.Safety is a big ticket item in my book when you are outside the country. The top security throughout .The outside in the parking lot is exceptional .The breakfast buffet is so abundant fresh and delicious .What a way to start your adventure .

It's was canceled at the reception?? I had to use myself credit cards they never gave your prices

Consequently, at check-in, an additional fee was applied for the extra guests. Rest assured that your comments have been forwarded to the relevant departments for further review and improvement.Please know that the reception did not cancel your reservation but rather adjusted the arrival date to accommodate you at the day and hour of your arrival.Expedia indicated that your arrival was scheduled for April 15th. However, we understand that you arrived on April 14th at 11:00 PM. Due to our check-in policy, which begins at 3:00 PM, your reservation was not reflected in the arrivals for that day. Therefore, your room should have been made available on April 15th starting at 3:00 PM. However, we accommodated your early arrival and provided your room at 11:19 PM on April 14th.Should you have any further comments or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
