We walked in and the smell of drugs hit us in the face. We saw stains all over the sheets and lamp shades we cleaned what we could. They asked for a deposit witch the hotel site didn't say anything about. I had already paid for the room on line and couldn't get my money back so I gave the deposit. Did nothing wrong no smoking or extra ppl in the room nothing I wait a few days and call about my deposit and they said that there was a cigarette but in the trash can so they kept the deposit. They had no ashes trays outside the door so I threw it away when I got to my room. Their was no ashes anywhere but just cause that butt they stole that 100 $ from me. I only stayed their to get away from big storms we had and I had no power.

We actually really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly. Room was good and cleaned bed and jetted tub was amazing. I proposed to my boyfriend the last night room looked amazing that night.

It was the craziest thing. Outside this place is a disaster. Inside it's the nicest hotel room and the cleanest I have ever seen in my life. The difference is Stark. Stark Stark

The pool was out of service and the power went off for 5 hours.

They need to fill pool and hot tub… place would be so much better…

The place was okay, but there were people in their cars in the parking lot that were just hanging out for hours. Others were at the doorway being loud and had a rowdy feel. Immediately around the hotel was large parking lots with little landscaping. It was okay.
