We were traveling and got to the property late. My room was reserved and paid for. I was not aware of any policy for late arrivals but when we got there, the door to the lobby was locked and there was no one at the front desk. We tried calling but got no answer. We called the reservation desk and they called and got no answer. We waited 30 min and no one came. Needless to say we had to find another hotel by then it was well after midnight! Terrible experience even trying to get a refund!

Only 1 wash cloth in the room and the first day i checked in, the front desk worker was trying to get in my room, when i yelled through the door "can i help you" he said never mind and walked away..why didn’t he knock instead of keep inserting a key and turning the door handle?

I will never stay in one of these hotels again! 🚿❌ The shower barely worked, and the hotel staff walked in on me in my room without knocking! 😡 #WORSTSTAYEVER #NeverAgain

Loud, noisy, old furnishings, horrible odor in the room . I got sick from the stale cream in my coffee from the pitiful coffee bar!

It's clean but elevator wasn't working & had been down for over 2 weeks. Which means ppl have to carry heavy bags & things upstairs. Luckily the clerk switched my room to the ground floor.

The rooms are very comfortable. Really nice having space and a larger refrigerator. However, if you are looking for a sit down breakfast, you will be disappointed. Breakfast is served from a counter and consists of coffee, wrapped muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal.
