An absolute gem!

We live in Merida. We needed a conveniently located hotel with parking for New Year's Eve. We had dinners and parties located within a 6 block radius of the hotel. Our experience couldn't have been better: a friendly welcome, convenient parking, a clean, comfortable room and a very reasonable price. This is a great place to base yourself if you intend to explore Merida or the Yucatan.

Best of all was the staff who made us feel so welcomed and were very helpful with all our questions. Will definitely choose to stay here again if my travels take me back to Merida!

Las camas estaban cómodas pero solo que limpien mejor el baño las puertas de cristal tenían mojo pero de ahí esta bien para pasar la noche Gracias Comfy beds Ac unit bathroom need extra attention there was mildew on the shower doors corners good place to spend the night

Charming modest hotel right off of a small pretty square. Older style hotel rooms around a pretty, clean pool surrounded by native plantings. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient parking in a safe lot. We'd stay here again.

This is a pleasant simple hotel. No frills but. The Santa Ana has a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. A convenient breakfast.

The staff--every one of them we interacted with--were friendly and helpful. The common area is large and has different spaces to use for reading, enjoying the pool or sitting and using the computer. Quiet at night and conveniently located near Paseo Montejo for walking.
Really enjoyed our time there.
