Beautiful Sisal Hacienda, high recommend!
Posted 10 Mar 2020 on HotelsWonderful experience, we went for two nights with friends, lovely staff, great food and the tour of the Hacienda, including a swim in a gorgeous Cenote was great fun and highly informative. Would highly recommend.

The people were amazing and very accommodating.
The room was not clean. The sheets had marks on them and also had dead bugs all over them. The towels had dirt and bugs on them (not a lot, just a little, but this is what you wipe your clean body with).
The breakfast and restaurant was amazing, great food and great view.
I think if they fixed up the rooms to be better, it would have been a much better experience. Especially since this is a more expensive reservation.

My second time there. As beautiful and quiet as before. One things was missing this time : the bikes. I like to bike around the property in the morning but beside that it was as wonderful as the first time

Location: It's a working Hacienda so a tour of property and function along with the original Hacienda is a must.
A ride through hennequin fields to water caves
Serenity, beauty, tranquility, If you need to decompress and reconnect in local luxury and beauty....this is it.

Truly a gem. This working Hacienda was like being in what one would imagine to be "Old Mexico" gorgeous surroundings, clean and well maintained. Excellent food and happy helpful people.
The Palapa rooms are very spacious and well appointed.
We LOOOVED it.
