Construction happening right above our room made resting challenging. The wooden walk way around the pool needs attention as I felt I would fall through. Food from the restaurant on site not exceptional for the price although the buffet was pretty good. Staff at check-in could use a little help but the other staff were very helpful.

Estuvo genial mero en el centro de merida a una caminada un oxxo y al parque de las americas el hotel limpio y decente lo unico cuidense de chinches y los del hotel son amables. Eso si el alcohol es mas caro aqui ^^.

They don’t clean our room. The smell in the hallway was horrible and the staff were rude
