Bell man was great. But there was a stend in the first room so we got changed. Then the new room had urine on the toilet seat we had to call someone to come and clean. The pool area only has two umbrellas and it is a rooftop. That is poor planning. The food was not great either. For a supposedly 5 star hotel it felt more like a 3.5 star. Just ok

No tiene cortinas blackout, entra muchísima luz. la comida de la alberca muy mala y sin opciones vegetarianas/veganas
