The hotel is amazing, location is key, it's very safe and the staff so accommodating, I always stay here because they are so welcoming and I feel right at home.

I loved the stay. Very peaceful, grateful for a 12 check out. The guys out front got me a taxi to the airport. They told me $250 peso but at the airport the taxi driver charged me $400 pesos. That the only negative experience in Merida I had all week.

Brief stop-over before early morning departure from airport. Excellent buffet meal.
