My phone started ringing at 5 am with at least 3 different phone calls. When I tried to answer them (which i was not happy about) the receiver on the phone was not connected and was broken so it could not be used. When I turned the water on in the tub for the first 15 secons brown water came from the tap. I was concerned about consuming any water products in the room. The room had a TV but it was not properly programmed so to use it one had to click on every channel which rendered it a waste of time, money and effort. In general I was very disappointed becaue I am not usually high maintenence but if the water in the room, the tv in the room and the equipment in the room is all sub-standard I cannot encourage others to stay there.

The room was small, walls are thin and can hear talking in adjoining rooms.
Staff were friendly and check in was easy. The breakfast available was not great. Large gaps at the bottom of the doors which makes hall noise more noticeable.

They definitely need to update the plumbing. I don’t know if they have a water softener but the water was brown until you let it run a bit. The shower was little more than a trickle. It definitely needs fixed!!!
