Great staff. Place was kept up well. In good condition. View of the lake from room. Sunrise over lake. Great sauna.

Room was attractive and nicely updated. Was some issues with maintenance such as broken up air flow grill on the AC unit and a bunch of screws in the window screen frame. Bathroom is all original with a very small toilet, bathroom door handle ready to fall off, and the bath sink chipped up. Overall though, the place was quiet and comfortable.

This is my second stay here, it’s not an updated hotel. We noticed things in the room that could be cleaned better such as the bed dust cover, we could see hair and dust near the wall and headboard on that behind the mattress. Basically, just needs a better deep clean. The coffeemaker looked dirty inside where the water would go, decided not to make coffee in the room. Nightstand drawers had crumbs and beer bottle caps. Just more attention to details or deep cleanings at least monthly in the weird areas. Expedia also incorrectly advertised the room so I’ll reach out to them on that. We didn’t get the room as they advertised with the “double king with tub” because that’s not how the hotel lists it. They call it the suite. Breakfast is super minimal and nothing exciting or healthy. Cereal, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, Yoplait yogurt and prepackaged pastries/bagels. The bay water view is great!
