I loved the size of the room. The space provided for a dining area came in handy. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was great and service was attentive. On the front desk Emilia became my collaborator and she helped me find my way around and offered suggestions of where to find restaurants and shopping. Great job on her part.

The hotel has a very helpful staff. They were helpful at organizing a wine tour for us. The property is in an excellent location with restaurants, supermarkets and western unions close by. Although the property is very clean, it is outdated…it could benefit from a lick of paint.

Explaining the situation, but they still refused to cancel and refund my money,

While the feedback from our guests is appreciated and taken into consideration as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement, we believe that your comments are subjective and not entirely true . Flight cancellations due to strike have nothing to do with the hotel. We offered to make the invoice in the name of the airline who must take charge of your cancellation fee just one night of stay for all the reservation .

The location is superb, close to everything. The area is walkable and safe. This hotel charges you for parking but it seems to be common practice around here. The staff is helpful and cordial. Our room was rather small but clean and well equipped.
