Was a great property all in all, we booked it last minute so decent price for the day of. Food was great, location was great, staff great. Only issue we had was bed was a bit hard but that's also personal preference!

Great location, comfortably furnished room, fantastic unique views, especially nice onsite breakfast option. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the Hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bellavista in Menaggio, Lake Como, Italy. The location was fantastic to explore the local Italian villages, and the city of Menaggio was delightful! The Hotel staff was very helpful and informative. We had panoramic balcony views from our rooms, providing an excellent Lake Como view! The location was close to the Ferry terminal, providing easy access to Verena, Bellagio, and Como during our stay. We had a fantastic meal the last night at the hotel restaurant. Of particular note, we had a great experience with Christiana, a local server and waitress. She was most helpful and courteous to us during our stay. This hotel is highly recommended to others!

The rating I gave was generous. There was no hot water for the shower both days, and the walls are paper thin. I also cut myself pretty badly on the shower door the last day, and the staff just gave me plasters. No apologies, just some comment about how there should have been plastic covering on it. I showed them the huge gash on my leg. Clearly there was not a cover. The only thing this place has going for it is the view.

first of all we are sorry for the issue but we sent up the maintance to check and nothing was broken so we do not know what happenedYou just asked for the plasters and we provided them to you, we asked if you needed anything else and you answered no and you said you were in a hurry to take the ferry

Very clean property. Steps away from the ferry terminal and walkable distance to restaurants and to explore the town. We had a wonderful stay. We just were located beside the stairwell which was a bit loud at times throughout the early evening / night. But otherwise stunning views, friendly staff, and great breakfast and dinner menus. Would stay again.

Good location
Posted 10 Sep 2023 on HotelsGreat location only a few minutes from the town and ferry port. Day staff are okay but the night manager is a bit rude to guests. Bar staff are very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but clean. Pool was open and a nice temperature to swim (early September) Overall we enjoyed our stay.
